Most Trusted Source for Content

A recent study highlights the advancement of user generated content and the influence it has over purchasing decisions.  User generated content is now the most trustworthy source of information, only slightly ahead of vendor web sites but significantly ahead of analysts reports and published media.

 Not completely surprising to those who follow the digital space, it should be eye opening to the marketing industry and add to the conversation about relevance and the importance of reputation.
